Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 lbs sweet potatoes (peeled and cubed)
  • 1 stick unsalted butter (softened)
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar (packed)
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup pecans (chopped)
  • 2 1/2 cups marshmallows (miniature or regular to your preference)

Instructions
