  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (thinly sliced)
  • 1 white onion (thinly sliced)
  • 3 bell peppers (thinly sliced)

  • 1 1/4 lb flank steak (thinly sliced)
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 7 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp garlic ginger paste
  • 1/2 cup hot water (optional if steaming broccoli or thinning sauce)
  • 7 tbsp soy sauce
  • 4 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp corn starch
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil

Instructions 

  • First, prepare the stir fry sauce ingredients. In a small bowl, combine thoroughly then set aside.
  • Then, in a large wok or skillet, heat 1 tbsp of vegetable oil over medium heat. Stir in the broccoli and saute until bright green and crisp. Once crisp, remove the broccoli and set aside.
  • Increase the heat to high and add another tbsp of vegetable oil. Place the slices of beef in a single layer and cook until just cooked through. Stromboli Dough Recipe

  • 1 1/3 cups water (110F)
  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 2 1/2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 4 cups all-purpose flour

Stromboli Filling

  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 tbsp garlic cloves (minced)
  • 2 tsp fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1 lb large pepperoni slices
  • 1 lb mozzarella cheese (shredded)

Egg Wash Topping

  • 1 large egg (beaten with 1 tbsp of water)

Instructions 

  • First, make the dough. Whisk the warm water, yeast, and granulated sugar and allow to rest for 5 minutes. Then, add to a large mixing bowl and add the olive oil, salt, and flour until well mixed. Turn the dough out onto a floured surface. Kneed the dough until soft and bounces back after being poked. Form the dough into a smooth ball. Place the ball of dough in a greased bowl and coat all the sides with oil. Cover with a clean kitchen tool and allow to rise for an hour and half or until double in size.
  • Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 400F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper. When the dough has doubled in size, punch it down to release the air and divide in half.
  • Use a rolling pin to roll each half into a 10x16 inch rectangle. Mix the melted butter and garlic together and spread all over the dough. Sprinkle with parsley. Use 1/2 lb of meat and cheese for each rectangle, leaving a 1 inch border at the bottom and 3 inch border at the top. Brush the edges with egg wash. Slowly roll into a tight long and fold the ends under as you roll. Brush the stromboli with egg wash and cut 4 slits on top with a sharp knife. Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Serve plain or with marinara sauce.

  • 5 tilapia filets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Fish Taco Seasoning

  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder

Garlic Lime Crema

  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 fresh squeezed lime

Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole milk (warmed to 110F)
  • 1 tbsp active dry yeast
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 8 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 ground nutmeg
  • salt (pinch)
  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 quarts vegetable oil

  • 2 cups confectioners sugar
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Instructions 

  • First, prepare the dough. Whisk the warm milk, yeast, and sugar together. Set aside and allow to sit for 5 minutes. The mixture should be frothy on top after 5 minutes.
  • After 5 minutes, add the yeast mixture into a stand mixer. Add the eggs, butter, vanilla, nutmeg, salt, and 2 cups of the flour into the stand mixer. Beat on low speed and scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed. Add the remaining flour until the dough comes together, around 2 minutes.
  • Once the dough comes together, knead on a lightly floured surface and form into a smooth ball. Grease a large bowl with oil and place the dough in the bowl, ensuring it’s fully coated with oil on all sides. Cover and allow the rise for about 2 hour or until doubled in size.
  • Once the dough has risen, punch it down to release the air. Use a rolling pin to roll the dough out until it is 1/2 inch thick. Use a 3.5 inch donut cutter to cut into 12 donuts. Place the donuts on baking sheets lined with parchment paper and cover.
  • In a large pot, heat the oil to 375 F. Add 2-3 donut at a time and cook for a minute per side. Place the donuts on a wire rack. Now, make the glaze. Whisk all of the glaze ingredients together and dip the warm donuts into the glaze, making sure to coat both sets. Wait for the glaze to harden and then enjoy!

This super easy Cucumber Salad Recipe is the perfect salad meal or side dish for any summer day. Thinly sliced cucumbers and onion in a sweet & tangy vinaigrette dressing is refreshing and delicious!

Ingredients

  • 2 English cucumbers (sliced thinly)
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 red onion (sliced thinly)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup vinegar (distilled)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 1/2 tbsp fresh dill (minced)

Instructions 

  • In a large bowl, liberally season the cucumber slices with the salt. Allow to sweat for 1 hour, then drain the liquids and toss with the red onions.
  • In a small saucepan, pour in white vinegar and water on high heat and stir in sugar until fully dissolved. Pour the sugar mixture over the cucumbers and stir in the dill. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Serve cold.
