German Meatloaf Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 lb. ground pork
  • 1 cup fresh breadcrumbs
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. dried thyme

Instructions
