Ingredients

  • 2 lbs red potatoes chopped
  • 2 1/2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp garlic minced
  • 2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tbsp Italian seasoning

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 400F. While the oven preheats, cut the potatoes into 1 inch cubes and allow to soak in cold water for about an hour.
  2. Drain and dry the potatoes, then toss in the olive oil and seasoning. Bake for about 35 minutes on a baking sheet or pan until browned and fork tender.
