Ingredients

  • 1-2 large heads of broccoli cut into bite-size florets
  • 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 5 garlic cloves minced
  • black pepper to taste
  • 1/3 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 400F and line a baking sheet with foil lightly greased with a cooking spray. Toss the broccoli, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, and salt in a large bowl until everything is evenly coated. Place the florets in a single layer on a baking sheet and roast for about 15 minutes at 400F. Once fork tender, toss the broccoli with parmesan and black pepper, then serve immediately.
