Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp garlic minced
  • 2 1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 1/2 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 4 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1 tbsp parsley dried or chopped
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp pepper
  • 4 large boneless, skinless, chicken breasts

Method

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk the marinade ingredients together. Place the marinade in a Ziploc freezer bag. Place the chicken breasts in the bag and marinate in the fridge for 45 minutes to 4 hours.
  2. Heat a grill to medium to medium-high heat. Place your chicken breast on the grill and cook for 7-8 minutes on each side, depending on the thickness of the breast. Continue cooking until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 160F, then remove from the grill and allow to rest for about 5 minutes. The final internal temperature should be 165 degrees. You can use a meat thermometer to reach the desired internal temp.
  3. Slice the chicken breasts and serve.
