  • 6 ears of corn (husked)
  • 1 1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • salt
  • black pepper


  • Remove husks and silk from each ear of corn. Preheat your grill to medium to medium-high heat. Coat each ear of corn entirely in olive oil. Grill the corn for 15-20 minutes, rotating every few minutes to ensure even char marks on all sides of the corn. Once the corn is evenly charred, remove from the grip. Serve with butter, salt, and pepper to taste.
