A super easy crepe recipe that is absolutely delicious! Crepes are great for breakfast or even dessert, and they only require a few simple ingredients that most people already have in their kitchen. Enjoy!


  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups whole milk
  • 1 1/2 tbsp butter


  • Whisk the flour, sugar, and salt in a large mixing bowl until combined. Then using a spoon, create an empty space in the middle of the flour mixture and add the eggs.
  • Gradually pour in the milk, whisking to combine after each addition. Allow the batter to stand at room temperature for 15-20 minutes, until bubbles form along the top.
  • Melt the butter in a non stick pan over medium heat. Drop about 1/4 cup of the batter evenly onto the pan and swirl to evenly coat.
  • Cook the crepe for 3 minutes, then flip and cook 2-3 minutes more. Repeat with the remaining batter.
  • Serve the crepes immediately with fresh berries and powdered sugar (or any topping of your choice!)
