A super easy crepe recipe that is absolutely delicious! Crepes are great for breakfast or even dessert, and they only require a few simple ingredients that most people already have in their kitchen. Enjoy!
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups whole milk
- 1 1/2 tbsp butter
Whisk the flour, sugar, and salt in a large mixing bowl until combined. Then using a spoon, create an empty space in the middle of the flour mixture and add the eggs.
Gradually pour in the milk, whisking to combine after each addition. Allow the batter to stand at room temperature for 15-20 minutes, until bubbles form along the top.
Melt the butter in a non stick pan over medium heat. Drop about 1/4 cup of the batter evenly onto the pan and swirl to evenly coat.
Cook the crepe for 3 minutes, then flip and cook 2-3 minutes more. Repeat with the remaining batter.
Serve the crepes immediately with fresh berries and powdered sugar (or any topping of your choice!)
