Halve the avocados. Slice the halves into cross-sections.
Scoop avocado into a medium mixing bowl. Gently mix in red onion, tomato, Serrano peppers, cilantro, garlic powder, and lime juice. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix well but leave chunks of avocado still visible for green goodness!
Serve with crispy tortilla chips.
Carefully wash your hands after handling peppers. They can leave oils in your skin that you do not want around your face. Do not touch your eyes!
