Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground beef 90% lean
  • 1 tbsp garlic minced
  • 1 white onion diced
  • 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • green onions garnish

Method

  1. In a large skillet, saute the garlic and onion in the olive oil until softened. Then, add in the ground beef, breaking it into crumbles and cooking just until no longer pink. It is important to not overcook or your ground beef will not be as moist.
  2. Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately with chopped green onion.
