Ingredients

  • 2 lbs brussel sprouts halved
  • 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil divided
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tsp honey
  • 2 garlic minced

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 400F and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Toss the Brussels sprouts with 2 tbsps of olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic. Roast until tender and golden brown. Once roasted, toss with the remaining olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and honey until evenly coated. Serve immediately.
