This classic homemade Garlic Bread recipe is absolutely amazing and is leaps and bound better than that frozen stuff! Garlic bread is super easy to make and requires only 5 simple ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf of French Bread
  • 1 1/2 stick butter softened
  • 1 1/2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tbsp garlic minced
  • 1/3 cup parmesan cheese grated

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F. Cut the French bread loaf in half, horizontally.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the butter, garlic, and parsley. Spread the mixture over the two halves and bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
  3. After 10 minutes, remove from oven and sprinkle on the Parmesan cheese. Broil on high for 2-3 minutes or until the cheese is fully melted and bubbly. Allow to cool for 1 minute before slicing and serving. Garnish with additional parsley.
