- 3 tsp ketchup
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 2 tbsp garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Gravy
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 cups beef stock
- 1 1/2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 6 oz baby bella mushrooms

In a large mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients except for the oil until thoroughly mixed. Shape the mixture into 4 equal patties, about ¾-1 inch thick.
Heat the olive oil on medium-high heat in a large nonstick skillet. Once heated, add in the steaks and brown about 3-4 minute per side and then transfer to a separate plate.
Next, make the gravy. Reduce the heat to medium and add the butter. Once the butter has melted, add the flour and whisk until smooth. Pour in the beef stock while on medium-low and continue to whisk. Add the ketchup, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce and whisk until combined. Add the mushrooms and simmer for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens. Season with additional salt and pepper. Add the steaks back into the skillet with the gravy. Cook for another 10 minutes or until the steaks are completely cooked through.
