Ingredients

  • 1/2 stick salted butter (melted)
  • 2 tbsp garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • zest of 1 lemon
  • 4 6oz tilapia filets
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • salt (to taste)
  • pepper (to taste)
  • 1 lemon (thinly sliced)
  • 3-4 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375F and prep a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  • Whisk together the melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, and zest in a small bowl and set aside.
