Lean, mean, and delicious! This oven baked chicken breast recipe is healthy and packed with flavor. Serve with any of your favorite side dishes for a healthy meal.


  • 4 chicken breasts (halved)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • salt (to taste)
  • pepper
  • fresh parsley (chopped as garnish)


  • Preheat the oven to 400F and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Then, in a small bowl, mix the seasoning together. Place chicken on the tray, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with seasoning, flip the chicken over and coat the other side.
  • Bake for 15-18 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165F. Remove from oven, garnish with parsley, and wait 3-5 minutes before serving.
