Honey Glaze
- 1 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter (melted)
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp dijon mustard
Preheat the oven to 250F. Remove the packaging from the ham and place on a baking sheet or shallow roasting pan cut side down. Bake for about 15 minutes per pound, or until the ham reaches an internal temperature of 135F.
While the ham cooks, combine the ingredients for the glaze in a bowl and mix well.
Once the ham reaches 135F, remove from oven and brush the ham with the glaze liberally. Heat the oven to 400F and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes or until the glaze has browned. Allow to rest for 15 minutes before cutting and serving.
