- 1/2 cup butter (unsalted)
- 1 1/4 cups heavy whipping cream
- 2 tbsp garlic (minced)
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 1/8 cups fresh grated parmesan cheese
In a large skillet on low heat, add the butter and cream and simmer. Whisk in the garlic, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper for a minute, then whisk in the parmesan cheese until melted. Serve immediately with fettuccine noodles.
