- 2 15oz can of chickpeas
- 4-5 fresh lemons
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup tahini
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 tsp ground sumac (garnish)
Put the chickpeas, lemon juice, garlic, salt, tahini, and half of the olive oil into a food processor and blend. Add in about 1/4 cup of the aquafaba and remaining olive oil until a smooth, creamy consistency is reached.
Garnish with an extra drizzle of olive oil, ground sumac, and parsley. Serve with pita triangles.
